In order to achieve a dynamic, complementary and fair trade relationsho among ALBA member countries, the 2030 Agenda envisages several strategic horizons involving the integration of communications and transportation, the promotion of Latin American capital investment, energy integration, respect for the environment, the defense of Latin American and Caribbean identity and culture, and the coordination of multilateral positions with countries and blocs in other regions.
