The Heads of State and Government of the member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP), meeting in Caracas, Venezuela, on December 14, 2024, at the XXIV Summit of Heads of State and Government, within the framework of the twentieth anniversary of the Alliance, approved the following special Declaration in support of Palestine.
