The Executive Secretariat of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – Peoples’ Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) categorically condemns the terrorist attack perpetrated against innocent civilians at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia.

Likewise, this Executive Secretariat repudiates any act of violence that threatens the life and security of citizens, and expresses its solidarity and condolences to the Russian people and government.

The ALBA-TCP Executive Secretariat rejects this unfortunate situation and reaffirms its commitment to peace, tolerance and respect for human life.
