ALBA-TCP

The Member States of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) express their full solidarity with the Cuban people and government, in view of the earthquakes that struck southeastern Cuba on Sunday, November 10, 2024.

ALBA-TCP is closely following the information shared by the Cuban National Seismological Service, which reported two perceptible earthquakes southeast of Pilón that have caused landslides, damage to houses and power lines, and, in general, the climatic phenomena that have been hitting the Latin American and Caribbean region.

The member states of the Alliance stand in solidarity with this sister nation, which is facing this new event after weeks of hurricanes, and support the hard work of the Cuban government and people to save lives and restore the country to normality.
