ALBA-TCP rejects new unilateral coercive measures against Nicaragua

ALBA-TCP

The member States of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America – People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP) reject and condemn the new aggressions of the United States administration against 23 Nicaraguan judges and prosecutors.

This new attack continues the unilateral coercive measures that the United States of America has illegally and illegitimately imposed on the Government and the people of the Republic of Nicaragua; such aggressions seek to alter the political and social stability of the country.

The Alliance reiterates its call to the International Community to strongly denounce such aggressions in violation of the fundamental principles of the Charter of the United Nations and reaffirms its solidarity with the people and the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity of the Republic of Nicaragua.
