ALBA-TCP congratulates the people and the Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of its Incependence

Caracas, October 27th, 2022

Your Excellency,

On behalf of the Executive Secretariat of the Bolivarian Alliance for the
Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Treaty (ALBA - TCP) I have the honor to
convey to you our warmest congratulations to the people and Government of Saint
Vincent and the Grenadines on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of its
Independence.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines raises high principles and values of
sovereignty deeply rooted in the revolutionary world that work tirelessly toward
sustainable development, an equitable agenda free from imperial imposition, in peace,
security and prosperity.

Despite the challenges faced such as the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic,
volcanic eruptions, the passage of Hurricane Elsa and the effects of conflicts in Europe,
the Vincentian people have been recovering and now embrace a new hope.

Comrade Ralph, I must also add that your leadership has set a milestone in
St. Vincent and the Grenadines, which has spread to the region; your example reminds
us of our identity and that we are the ones who define our own history as Latin American
and Caribbean countries.

I would like to reiterate my congratulations on your national holidays and take
this opportunity to reaffirm my solidarity and unwavering support for the people and
government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Sacha Sergio Llorenti Solíz
ALBA-TCP Executive Secretary

To His Excellency
Ralph Gonsalves
Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
