The Alliance is composed of ten member countries: Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Dominica, Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, with Honduras and Palestine participating as special guests.
